VAUGHAN NIGHTMARE: Gunmen Terrorize Lounge, Massive Manhunt Underway!

A brazen robbery unfolded last month at an entertainment lounge in Vaughan, leaving investigators scrambling to identify those responsible. Three masked men stormed the business on Langstaff Road, escalating the situation with weapons and demanding cash from the victim.

The scene quickly turned menacing as one robber brandished a handgun, while the other two wielded knives. After securing the victim’s phone, a computer, and a significant amount of money, the trio vanished into the night, launching a large-scale investigation known as Project Calder.

York Regional Police focused their efforts, and recently, a breakthrough came with the arrest of a 26-year-old man. A search warrant executed in Toronto led to the seizure of a replica firearm, solidifying the case against the suspect.

Niccoy St. John, 24, of Toronto, is charged and a replica firearm has been seized but two others are still sought for an armed robbery at an entertainment lounge in Vaughan on Saturday, Oct. 22, 2025.

Niccoy St. John, 24, now faces charges of robbery with a firearm and wearing a disguise with intent. Authorities believe releasing his image might trigger recognition and lead to the identification of his two remaining accomplices.

The search continues for two outstanding suspects. One is described as a tall, thin Black man who was wearing a black hoodie and black pants during the robbery.

The second suspect is also Black, but of shorter stature and a similarly thin build. He was last seen wearing a black zip-up hoodie and black pants. Investigators are urging anyone with information to come forward.
