NATION UNDER SIEGE: 7,000 Criminal Illegals Unleashed!

A chilling reality is unfolding in New York City. Despite repeated warnings, and the presence of active federal detainers, thousands of individuals with violent criminal histories are being released back into communities, jeopardizing public safety.

The scale of the problem is staggering. Since January 20th, nearly 7,000 criminal illegal aliens have been released by New York officials, defying federal law and ignoring Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) requests. This isn’t a bureaucratic oversight; it’s a deliberate policy with devastating consequences.

The offenses tied to these released individuals are horrifying. Records reveal connections to 29 homicides, over 2,500 assaults, and hundreds of burglaries, robberies, and sexual offenses. The streets are becoming increasingly dangerous due to these calculated decisions.

Mugshots of six individuals, showcasing diverse backgrounds and expressions, highlighting the seriousness of law enforcement actions.

Even more alarming, over 7,100 additional criminal aliens currently in New York custody are also subject to ICE detainers – detainers that officials continue to disregard. This represents a continued and escalating threat to the safety of residents.

ICE Director Todd Lyons issued a scathing letter to New York Attorney General Letitia James, demanding immediate action. The letter detailed the crisis and the blatant disregard for federal law, yet it was met with silence. This lack of response speaks volumes.

Assistant DHS Secretary Tricia McLaughlin didn’t mince words, accusing New York’s leadership of “releasing murderers, terrorists, and sexual predators back into our neighborhoods.” The situation is described as a “full-scale public safety disaster” deliberately engineered by those in power.

Steven Daniel Henriquez Galicia

Consider the case of Steven Daniel Henriquez Galicia, arrested for attempted murder and possessing a weapon. An ICE detainer was filed, yet he was released, forcing ICE to track him down and take him into custody. This scenario is tragically repeated time and again.

Anderson Smith Satuye-Martinez, a confirmed Crips gang member with a prior assault conviction, was also released despite an ICE detainer. He too was later apprehended by ICE, highlighting the constant cycle of release and re-arrest.

The stories are harrowing. Jose David Hernandez-Hernandez, accused of rape and strangulation, was freed only to be re-arrested by ICE. Huseyin Aslan, convicted of aggravated criminal contempt and with a history of assault, faced the same fate.

Aurellano Garcia Fiorentino, arrested for assaulting a child, was released and subsequently removed to Mexico by ICE. Selman Cevik, identified as a Known or Suspected Terrorist, was also released before being re-arrested.

Vyacheslav Danilovich Kim, convicted of horrific crimes involving a child, was allowed to slip through the cracks until ICE intervened. These are not isolated incidents; they are the direct result of a dangerous policy.

Alexander Moreno Montoya, with a history of assaulting police and weapons charges, was released and later removed from the country by ICE. Diego Fernando Huischa, a gang captain, was also released before being re-arrested.

Sebastian Jaramillo-Balanta, facing charges of assault and grand larceny, was released on bail, only to be detained by ICE. Manuel Rigoberto Tacuri Quishpi, a repeat DUI offender, was released despite an ICE detainer and a prior deportation.

Jesus Romero-Hernandez, who attacked someone with a machete, was released after serving a sentence, despite multiple prior removals from the United States. He was ultimately removed for the eighth time by ICE. These cases paint a grim picture of a system failing to protect its citizens.

The consequences of these policies are not abstract. They are felt by victims, families, and communities living in fear. The deliberate release of dangerous individuals is a betrayal of public trust and a grave threat to public safety.
