A recent congressional hearing involving Dr. Anthony Fauci, a top advisor to former President Joe Biden, has sparked a wave of reactions and opinions from various politicians and public figures.
During the hearing, Fauci invoked his Fifth Amendment rights to remain silent on questions regarding his actions during the period covered by the pardon from President Biden.
President Biden's former Illinois Governor, Rod Blagojevich, expressed surprise over Fauci's actions, suggesting that congressional testimony is meant to inform the public.
"It is interesting to see that Fauci is citing COVID, public health, and the public's right to know," Blagojevich said.
Moms for Liberty co-founder Tiffany Justice condemned Dr. Fauci's actions, stating that his policy recommendations caused immense harm to children during the pandemic.
"Parents had to endure the consequences of Dr. Fauci's decisions every day," Justice said.
"Our children suffered the loss of years of learning, friendships, milestones, and opportunities they'll never regain," Justice continued.
"Now, as it's time for accountability, Fauci refuses to answer questions under oath. The American people deserve answers now," Justice asserted.
