Oliver Mazirel is currently a fugitive following an escape from HMP Ford near Arundel on the evening of June 30.
He was recorded on CCTV moments before the breach. The inmate is described as 5 feet 7 inches tall, with short light brown hair.
Police have stated their intention to return Mazirel to custody and warned that assisting a person at large carries a prison sentence of up to ten years.
Authorities are urging anyone who has information, no matter how small, to come forward. Those who see him or know his whereabouts should call 999 and reference Operation Patch. Mazirel has known connections to Worthing and Littlehampton.
