Ariana Grande’s upcoming London concerts will feature a strict entry policy that requires fans to bring only a single clear plastic bag into the O2 Arena.
Ticketmaster UK has stated that the bag must be transparent and made of plastic, vinyl or PVC, measuring no larger than 30 cm by 15 cm by 30 cm. Backpacks, handbags, clutches and any tinted or patterned bags are prohibited.
Attendees may also use a medium clear freezer or zip‑lock bag, provided all contents are visible. The policy advises fans to bring only essential items and prohibits splitting belongings across multiple bags.

Medical, accessibility and parent or child‑care bags remain allowed after a security inspection, while professional cameras and recording devices are banned. Mobile phones with built‑in cameras are permitted.
This clear‑bag requirement is not new; it was in place during the 2019 Sweetener World Tour following the Manchester Arena tragedy, reflecting the artist’s heightened security measures.
The Eternal Sunshine tour has been praised since its June launch. Grande will perform ten shows at the O2 Arena from August 15 to September 1, marking a significant arena residency.

Fans are also looking forward to the release of her new album on July 31, though it is unclear whether the setlist will feature new tracks.
Those planning to attend should ensure their bag complies with the transparency rule before heading to the venue.
