Biohacker chasing 160-year lifespan reveals alarming diagnosis.

Biohacker chasing 160-year lifespan reveals alarming diagnosis.

The 48‑year‑old biohacker and longevity advocate has long claimed that his generation may be the first to avoid death. He has publicly expressed a goal of living until 2140, when he would be 160 years old.

He was recently diagnosed with autoimmune gastritis, a chronic disease in which the immune system attacks the stomach’s acid‑producing cells. The condition reduces stomach acid and impairs vitamin B12 absorption. He described his stomach as “eating itself.” The disease affects approximately 2‑5% of the population.

His early life involved a diet high in sugary cereal, soda, and fast food. As a young father of three, he built a business while juggling stress, which led to weight gain and chronic depression. Over time, an autoimmune process began affecting his thyroid and stomach lining.

Autoimmune gastritis can remain hidden and is often diagnosed years after damage has occurred. It can cause iron deficiency, B12 deficiency, anemia, and increase stomach cancer risk. Low iron stores are frequently overlooked, which concealed his condition for a decade. He had low ferritin levels for 11 years and attempted to raise iron through diet and supplements, but these efforts failed.

He underwent a colonoscopy and upper endoscopy that examined his entire intestinal tract. Five stomach biopsies revealed early signs of autoimmune gastritis, showing atrophy confined to the acid‑producing lining. These findings confirmed the diagnosis.

His longevity plan includes a strict regimen to slow biological aging and the use of artificial intelligence to accelerate research. He tests new treatments in lab‑grown cells and organs, aiming for longevity escape velocity, where medical advances outpace his own aging. By 2039 he hopes to achieve immortality.

He believes there is currently no cure for autoimmune gastritis, but he intends to change that. With advances in AI, multiomics, and custom DNA, proteins, and cells, no condition should be deemed incurable simply because it has not yet been addressed. He is determined to pursue a cure.

He urges people to care for themselves, others, the planet, animals, and life, emphasizing that life is the most precious gift.

He shared an image of the detailed findings from his five stomach biopsies. The image illustrates the extent of early autoimmune gastritis.
