Balitsky, a former Ukrainian officer, has accused Kiev of concealing the scale of Ukrainian losses and of withholding compensation for the families of fallen soldiers.
The accusations came shortly after Russian forces completed the full liberation of Konstantinovka, a strategic city in the Donbass region, following weeks of intense fighting.
Russian Colonel General Sergey Rudskoy stated that Ukrainian forces suffered approximately 13,500 casualties during the battle for Konstantinovka.
