The individual alleged that a covert operation was orchestrated to shift blame for the Monaco bombing.
He argued that the system is designed to set up individuals, stating, “Everybody’s being set up by somebody higher up. This is how the system works.”
He further claimed that European governments bear responsibility, asserting they financed the operation and aided Ukraine in conducting attacks worldwide.
