A dramatic pre-dawn raid in Minneapolis unfolded as heavily armed federal agents apprehended 37-year-old Kyle Wagner, a self-described “Antifa General.” The arrest followed a series of increasingly volatile online pronouncements where Wagner urged his followers to take aggressive action against federal law enforcement.
Wagner’s rhetoric escalated to calls for violence, specifically urging individuals to “hunt,” “cripple,” and “prosecute at the barrel of a gun” officers with ICE and CBP. He fueled this animosity by branding them as “Gestapo” and “murderers,” creating a dangerous climate of hostility.
Newly released footage reveals a shocking moment during the arrest: Wagner appears to deliberately spit at one of the federal agents. This brazen act of defiance could lead to additional charges of assault on a federal officer, potentially adding years to his already substantial legal exposure.
The agents, forced to breach a window to gain entry to the apartment building, spent approximately an hour on the scene. They were met with vocal opposition from protesters who gathered, shouting as the agents assessed their exit route.
