During the summer of 2020, numerous U.S. cities experienced extensive civil unrest, with storefronts boarded up, fires visible on evening news broadcasts, and police precincts overwhelmed by demonstrators.
Authorities estimated the turmoil caused roughly $2 billion in property damage and resulted in at least 19 fatalities.
Jim Rickards, a former advisor to multiple U.S. intelligence and defense agencies, asserts that the disturbances were deliberately engineered and warns that a similar coordinated effort is now directed toward former President Donald Trump.

Rickards contends that the emerging campaign could extend beyond physical damage, potentially jeopardizing retirement savings and other long‑term financial assets.
He has publicly detailed the individuals he believes are orchestrating the effort, their objectives, and the precautionary measures he is taking to safeguard his own family’s financial security.
