Imarr Finley, a 25-year-old man from Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, is facing new charges in addition to those related to the alleged rape of three underage girls. Finley has been in jail since December 2024, after being arrested for allegedly kidnapping and raping a 12-year-old girl.
Court records show that Finley was also charged with the rape of two other girls, one 17 years old and the other 13 or 14 years old. His most recent charge stems from a July 8 incident, where he allegedly broke a control room window at the Dauphin County Prison while out of his cell on recreation time.
A probable cause affidavit claims that two corrections officers witnessed Finley breaking the window, causing $772 in damage. He has been charged with institutional vandalism, a second-degree misdemeanor, and was arraigned on Thursday afternoon.
A preliminary hearing has been scheduled for August 4. Finley is being held without bond and is due to appear in court for the rape charges on July 30. The alleged rapes occurred in November and December 2024, and in March 2026.
According to court records, the first alleged rape occurred on November 25, 2024, in the uptown Harrisburg area. The victim told authorities that a man dressed in all black and a mask over his face was following her, and that she was eventually taken to his house, where she was allegedly raped and threatened.
Days later, on December 4, 2024, Finley was arrested by Harrisburg police after he fled out the second-story window of a home and tried to flee by running across rooftops. He was charged with the rape of a 13- or 14-year-old girl in March 2026, after authorities said DNA evidence tied him to the crime.
