Toronto Police are searching for a 78-year-old man accused of an aggravated assault in the Leslieville area earlier this week. The incident occurred on Monday at approximately 9 a.m. in the Queen St. E.-Pape Ave. area.
According to police, officers responded to an assault call and found a person with serious, non-life-threatening injuries. The victim was transported to a hospital for treatment. The suspect and the victim are known to each other, and Jian Liu is wanted for aggravated assault and assault with a weapon.

Separately, police are seeking tips on the identity of a man accused of fleeing a crash earlier this month in North York. The incident occurred on July 15 at approximately 6:45 p.m. in the Carnforth Rd.-Lawrence Ave. E. area, where a 17-year-old boy was driving a motorcycle southbound on Carnforth.
Police said a white Honda Civic driving northbound on Carnforth crossed the centre line, struck the motorcyclist, and then fled from the area. The motorcyclist was hospitalized with serious injuries. The driver of the Honda is described as male, wearing black pants, a black T-shirt with a graphic on the front, white and black basketball shoes, and a black face covering.

Additionally, police are seeking the identity of a woman accused of incapacitating and robbing a person at their residence near Roy Thomson Hall. The incident allegedly occurred on Friday at approximately 2:30 a.m. in the John St.-King St. W. area of the downtown core.
Police said there was an exchange of money for sexual services, but the woman administered an unknown substance to incapacitate the victim and stole cash from them. The female suspect is described as approximately 25 years old, 5-foot-7, 140 pounds, and has a thin build and black hair.
