The President addressed the nation on Thursday, revealing a massive voter data breach and widespread foreign election interference. At least 278,000 foreigners are illegally registered to vote in American elections, according to a Department of Homeland Security investigation.
The investigation found that hundreds of thousands of non-citizens and dead people are listed and active on voter rolls. Despite this, elections continue to be held with no voter ID and no proof of citizenship, with tens of millions of ballots floating aimlessly through the mail.
The President emphasized that the election system is so broken and vulnerable that it cannot be defended. He highlighted the risks of hacking and manipulation of voting machines and ballot counting systems. China and other countries have been trying to meddle in US elections, and evidence of fraud has been buried.

A Department of Homeland Security report revealed that the 278,000 illegal voters were found across just four states that provided public data files to federal officials. The report also stated that 10 states have processed their full voter lists through the SAVE system, and a total of 25 states have processed over 68 million registration records.
According to the report, over 400,000 deceased registrants and over 28,000 non-citizens were discovered. The Department of Homeland Security is urging states to use the reliable and free U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services' Systematic Alien Verification for Entitlements (SAVE) system to verify the citizenship status of everyone listed in the state voter registration database.
Several states have signed Memoranda of Agreement with USCIS to utilize the SAVE system and have processed portions of their state voter rolls. However, some enhancements to this service have been suspended pending appeal, putting US citizens at risk of having their votes diluted by ineligible alien voters.
The report notes that there is an undeniable pattern emerging as DHS begins to unravel the horrific damage done by the open border policies of the current administration. States that have adopted alien-first policies have a disproportionate number of non-citizens on their voter rolls.
The investigation is expanding to include multiple additional states, and DHS will support the Department of Justice's review of voter files obtained pursuant to their enforcement authority. The declassified files are now available at whitehouse.gov/election-integrity/.
