President Trump is scheduled to deliver a primetime address on foreign election interference Thursday at 9 p.m. Eastern Time.
He will be joined by CIA Director Ratcliffe, Acting Director of National Intelligence Bill Pulte, Homeland Security Secretary Markwayne Mullin, and FBI Director Kash Patel.
The speech is expected to focus on China's alleged role in compromising U.S. election systems and voter data.

The president is expected to present evidence asserting that Beijing accessed U.S. voter registration files and that intelligence agencies were aware but did not inform him during his first term.
A White House task force will release classified intelligence documents related to the 2020 election, which the president plans to address directly.
Trump stated that those responsible for identifying the threat chose to conceal it rather than alert leadership.
He said the information was not shared with him as president, nor with Congress to the best of current knowledge.
According to the president, U.S. spy agencies first detected the breach in 2020, when tens of millions of voter records across 18 states were obtained by Chinese actors.
Trump also claimed a dedicated Chinese data exploitation unit was created for the operation.
He further alleged that officials within intelligence agencies worked to suppress details of the interference and withhold them from both the president and the public.
