The photos revealed Aston in a hospital gown, relying on crutches for support, yet maintaining his signature positive spirit. The surgery followed a painful injury sustained during rehearsals for JLS’s highly anticipated “The Club Is Alive: 2025 Hits Tour.” Aston had initially hinted at the issue weeks prior, sharing images of himself in a moon boot and with a heavily bandaged foot, simply stating, “It’s been quite a week.”
