GHEtts: RAP STAR IN COURT OVER FATAL CRASH!

A celebrated musician and actor, known professionally as Ghetts, has admitted responsibility in a tragic hit-and-run incident. Justin Clarke-Samuel, his legal name, pleaded guilty to causing death by dangerous driving, a devastating turn in a case that has gripped public attention.

The incident unfolded on October 18th, late at night on Redbridge Lane in Ilford. Clarke-Samuel’s BMW struck 20-year-old Yubin Tamang, a young man pursuing his education in the UK, sent by his parents as their only child.

Despite the impact, the vehicle did not stop. Tamang succumbed to his injuries two days later, transforming the initial charge of causing serious injury into a charge of causing death. The weight of this loss is immeasurable for his family.

Clarke-Samuel appeared before the Old Bailey via videolink from Pentonville prison, where he has been held since his arrest. He also entered guilty pleas for dangerous driving both before and after the collision.

Court records indicate Clarke-Samuel admitted to consuming Hennessy and Coke approximately two hours before the incident, at around 9:30 pm. A plea regarding driving over the alcohol limit is still pending.

Following the collision, authorities allege Clarke-Samuel continued to drive dangerously, navigating through residential streets in Camden and Redbridge before returning home. Police discovered a heavily damaged black BMW, registered to the defendant, at his Woodford address the following morning.

The investigation revealed a pattern of reckless driving. Allegations include dangerous maneuvers on Tavistock Place and other Camden roads, adding to the gravity of the situation.

Clarke-Samuel, recognized for his role in the recent Netflix series *Supacell* and his performances at major events like Glastonbury, now faces the consequences of his actions. His musical achievements, including collaborations with prominent artists and accolades like a Mobo Award, are overshadowed by this tragedy.

Yubin Tamang’s life was cut short, leaving a void in his family’s world. He represented hope and opportunity, a young man striving for a better future through education, a future now tragically lost.
