The year is slipping away, and with it, a valuable opportunity: unused credits on your credit cards. Many of us accumulate these benefits – hotel credits, statement credits – and then watch as the deadline looms, leaving money on the table. This year, I found myself facing that exact scenario, with two American Express hotel credits needing to be utilized before December 31st.
