A woman named Isabelle Johnson is accused of killing a 43‑year‑old man whose remains were discovered on June 25.
The victim was last seen leaving the College Condominiums on East College Boulevard on May 24, a month before he disappeared.
His buried remains were found on a property in Freeport, located in Florida's Panhandle.
The deceased left behind a son, as noted in his obituary.
Johnson has used several aliases, including Harley, Jessica Elaine Bowman, and Denise, depending on whom she meets.
Authorities have warned that anyone who assists Johnson in avoiding arrest will face charges.
The investigation is being treated as a homicide case, and all potential leads are being pursued.
A reward of $16,000 has been offered for information that could result in Johnson's arrest.
