A man identifying with the far-left Antifa movement was taken into custody in Minnesota after authorities say he used a growing social media presence to incite violence against federal law enforcement. Kyle Wagner, 37, of Minneapolis, was arrested in the early hours of Thursday, wearing clothing openly declaring his allegiance to the group.
Wagner’s distinctive appearance – a shaved head and extensive tattoos, including “RESISTANCE” across his chest and the anti-fascist “three arrows” symbol on his neck – made him a well-known figure within online anti-ICE communities. He cultivated a significant following on Instagram under the handle @kaos.follows before the account was deleted, describing himself as an “entrepreneur” and utilizing the hashtag #IronFront.
Federal investigators allege Wagner didn’t simply express opinions; he actively encouraged his followers to confront and attack Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) officers. He repeatedly referred to agents as “murderers” and the “gestapo,” and at times, explicitly called for armed violence against them.
The rhetoric escalated, according to prosecutors, with Wagner posting a video on January 8th, 2026, directly threatening ICE agents with the chilling message, “We’re f*ing coming for you.” He allegedly urged followers to arm themselves and even suggested identifying agents “at the barrel of a gun.”
Prior to his arrest, Wagner appeared to anticipate legal repercussions, admitting in online posts that he was “on the run” and had evacuation plans in place. He openly solicited financial support, stating he would need resources to continue his “fight to the bitter end.”
Remarkably, Wagner acknowledged in a late January 2026 video that he was legally prohibited from possessing a firearm, though the specific reason for this restriction remains unclear. This didn’t deter his calls for others to arm themselves, however.
Following a fatal law enforcement shooting, Wagner reportedly abandoned any pretense of peaceful protest, telling his followers to “get your fing guns and stop these fing people.” The shift signaled a dangerous escalation in his online messaging.
The Department of Justice has now charged Wagner with federal threat and cyberstalking offenses, alleging he engaged in doxxing and made explicit threats of murder against ICE personnel. The arrest underscores the government’s commitment to pursuing those who incite violence against law enforcement.
Authorities stated that Wagner’s actions represented a clear and present danger, and his capture sends a strong message: those who target federal agents will be held accountable, regardless of their affiliations or attempts to evade justice.
