Deokaran is poised to become a critical witness for the prosecution, prepared to testify that he personally guided Marcos Lopez and his wife through the Eclipse Social Club in 2022. This tour allegedly provided the couple with firsthand knowledge of the illegal operation.

Deokaran claims he later handed an envelope containing cash – proceeds from the casino – directly to Robin Severance Lopez in the parking lot of the Osceola County Sheriff’s Office, intended for her husband.
