BORDER PATROL BOSS'S SHOCKING BETRAYAL: LOVE, LIES & ILLEGAL COVER-UP!

A seasoned Customs and Border Protection supervisor now faces a decade behind bars, accused of a betrayal of trust and a profound breach of the law. Andres Wilkinson, 52, has been arrested and charged with harboring an undocumented immigrant and engaging in a romantic relationship with her, a stunning fall from grace for a twenty-year veteran of the agency.

The allegations paint a picture of a clandestine life unfolding under the radar. For months, authorities believe Wilkinson allowed an individual who had overstayed her visa, along with her child, to live with him at his residence, providing not only shelter but also financial support.

Wilkinson’s career with CBP began in 2001, steadily rising to a supervisory role in 2021. This position placed him directly in charge of enforcing the very laws he is now accused of violating – a stark irony that underscores the gravity of the situation.

Law enforcement began investigating after receiving information about the woman’s unauthorized residency. Surveillance over several months reportedly confirmed she and her child were living with Wilkinson, utilizing his vehicles and benefiting from his financial assistance.

Court records detail a pattern of support, including housing, credit card access, and help with financial obligations. Investigators allege Wilkinson even knowingly transported the woman through U.S. Border Patrol checkpoints, a direct contradiction of his sworn duty.

The relationship allegedly began in August 2024, with evidence suggesting Wilkinson and the woman traveled together, including a trip to San Antonio where she and her child reportedly stayed with him. Messages further corroborate their cohabitation, according to the charges.

If convicted, Wilkinson faces a maximum sentence of ten years in federal prison and a fine of up to $250,000. The case is currently proceeding, with Wilkinson detained pending a hearing to determine his continued custody.

The investigation was led by CBP’s Office of Professional Responsibility in Laredo, highlighting the agency’s commitment to internal accountability. The prosecution is being handled by Assistant U.S. Attorney Manuel Cardenas.
