TEXAS A&M DEATH: COVER-UP EXPOSED? Family DEMANDS Answers!

The death of 19-year-old Brianna Aguilera, a student at Texas A&M, has been officially ruled a suicide by the Travis County Medical Examiner following a fall from an Austin high-rise in late November. This determination mirrors initial police findings, yet is met with fierce opposition from the Aguilera family, who believe the investigation was deeply flawed.

Aguilera’s death occurred in the early hours of November 29th, after a tailgate event for the Texas A&M versus University of Texas football game. Police reports indicate she fell from a high-rise apartment around 1 a.m., but questions surrounding the circumstances have persisted since that night.

Austin Police Department officials confirmed awareness of the medical examiner’s report, reiterating that the investigation remains open despite the ruling. However, authorities have limited further public comment, citing the ongoing nature of the case.

Despite the discovery of a note and concerning text messages sent to friends the night of her death, the Aguilera family, through their legal counsel, has consistently maintained that Brianna did not take her own life. They allege foul play and a premature conclusion by law enforcement.

Attorney Tony Buzbee, representing the Aguilera family, issued a strong statement criticizing the Austin Police Department’s handling of the investigation. He described the initial determination of suicide as a rush to judgment, lacking the thoroughness expected of a serious inquiry.

Buzbee detailed a series of critical failures by the police, including a lack of comprehensive evidence gathering. He specifically cited the failure to review phone records, interview all potential witnesses under oath, establish a precise timeline, or secure available video footage.

The attorney asserted that the medical examiner’s conclusion was largely based on the “shoddy work” of the police, emphasizing that the investigation fell far short of what Brianna and her family deserved. He characterized the ruling as “expected” given the perceived deficiencies in the police work.

On January 5th, the Buzbee Law Firm filed a lawsuit related to Aguilera’s death, a move designed to compel a more rigorous investigation. This legal action will allow the family’s legal team to subpoena records, put witnesses under oath, and pursue lines of inquiry they believe were previously ignored.

Buzbee stated the lawsuit is a commitment to uncovering the truth, promising a “complete and thorough investigation” to obtain answers for Brianna and her grieving family. He firmly believes the medical examiner’s conclusion, despite its issuance, does not diminish the need for a full accounting of the events leading to her death.
