York Regional Police have charged a 27-year-old man in connection with four hate-motivated assaults in Vaughan and Markham, and are urging potential victims to come forward.
The suspect, identified as a 27-year-old Mississauga man, is alleged to have made racial comments and assaulted four victims in separate incidents between June 9 and July 2.
Police responded to an assault in the area of Major Mackenzie Drive West and Amusement Drive on June 9, and a second incident occurred on June 11 in the area of Weston Road and Starling Boulevard.

The suspect is also believed to have been responsible for two additional hate-motivated assaults, one on June 18 in the area of Bass Pro Mills Drive and Fishermen's Way, and another on July 2 in the area of McCowan Road and Southdale Drive in Markham.
An image of the suspect has been released in the hopes of identifying additional victims and encouraging them to come forward.
The suspect was arrested on July 10 and charged with four counts of assault, one count of mischief under $5,000, and eight counts of breach of probation.

At the time of the incidents, the suspect was on probation for unrelated offences.

Meanwhile, Halton police are seeking the public's help in identifying a pickup truck and its driver in connection with a hit-and-run collision in Milton.
Police responded to the incident on June 24, in which a motorcycle was struck by a grey Toyota Tacoma pickup truck making a left turn onto Etheridge Avenue from Regional Road 25.
The motorcyclist was transported to hospital with serious but non-life-threatening injuries.

Additionally, Durham police have updated the description of an Ajax sexual assault suspect following further investigation.
The suspect is described as a brown male, approximately 5-foot-4, 60-70 years-old, with a medium build, balding short grey hair, facial stubble, and gaps in his teeth.
He was wearing a tan-coloured shirt and is believed to have approached a female in the area of Harwood Avenue North and Rossland Road on July 9, attempted to make conversation and shake her hand, before sexually assaulting her and fleeing.
The victim did not suffer any physical injuries.

Finally, Toronto Police Service are asking for local residents, businesses, and drivers who may have security or dash-camera footage to help with a personal injury collision investigation.
Police responded to a two-vehicle crash on Monday at about 3:50 p.m. in the Lawrence Avenue East and Charlottetown Boulevard area.
A 91-year-old woman was driving a Toyota Corolla eastbound on Lawrence Avenue East and collided with a 38-year-old woman driving a Toyota Rav 4 northbound on Charlottetown Boulevard.
The 91-year-old woman suffered a medical episode causing the Corolla to run the red light, collide with the Rav 4 and then strike a building, and was taken to hospital with life-threatening injuries.
