YouTube TV Subscribers Eligible for Payout Settlement

YouTube TV Subscribers Eligible for Payout Settlement

The Disney settlement is a class-action lawsuit between a group of consumers and The Walt Disney Company, resulting in a payout for eligible claimants. The lawsuit centers around Disney's alleged failure to provide adequate in-home customer support for its YouTube TV and DirecTV Stream services.

To be eligible for a payout, individuals must be part of the settlement class, which includes those who received a notice from the settlement administrator. Those who did not receive a notice but believe they are eligible can contact the administrator via email ator print a claim form and return it by mail to the provided address.

Eligible claimants can submit their claim online using a unique ID and PIN found in their notice. They will need to provide personal information, verify their subscription and state of residence, and choose an electronic payment method.

If an electronic payment method is not chosen, claimants will receive a paper check. Claim forms must be completed online or postmarked by Sept. 8, 2026, to be eligible for a payout.
