Inter Milan are advancing plans to sign both Cristian Romero and Djed Spence from Tottenham in a combined deal valued at around €90 million.
The Italian club are weighing a €50 million bid for Argentina defender Romero and a €40 million offer for England full-back Spence.
Tottenham narrowly avoided relegation in consecutive Premier League campaigns, finishing 17th twice, and are expected to reshape their squad this summer.

Romero’s departure appears increasingly likely, with recent reports confirming that the 28-year-old’s future lies away from north London.
Inter have held direct talks with Tottenham over both players, though the club’s valuation makes the double move financially demanding.
Barcelona have also registered interest in Romero, adding competition for his signature.

Tottenham have already reinforced their defence by signing Jan Paul van Hecke, who is seen as a natural replacement for Romero.
Spence’s strong performances for England at the summer World Cup have increased his appeal, with further suitors expected to emerge.
Given two straight 17th-place finishes, Tottenham may struggle to persuade established players such as Romero and Spence to remain at the club.
