The tech giant Google has once again surprised its user base by bringing a feature previously exclusive to iOS devices to Android.
After releasing new apps and features exclusively on iOS in the past, it's now Android that's getting the update. A few months ago, Google's Edge Eloquent app, which offers on-device AI transcription, was available on Apple devices only.
Todays' update brings a change to the Chrome app on Android devices. Google is rolling out Chrome 150, which includes a dedicated back button, making it easier for users to navigate within the app.

The update also brings some other changes, including a move of the site info button to the overflow menu, and a change to the "add to home screen" feature, now called "install and create shortcut".
Users may notice that their app updates automatically, but they can also check manually by heading to Chrome's page in the Play Store or by going to their profile and looking for updates.
