Lee Andrews has been arrested for the second time in a matter of weeks, allegedly over debts totalling £120,000.
The self-described businessman, who married television personality Katie Price in January, was detained last Friday on fraud allegations.
Prior to his detention, Andrews reportedly told a friend he was seeking to raise cash quickly and referenced trading personal content, including a sex tape with his wife, for around £250,000.
He was warned that selling or threatening to share private sexual footage without consent constitutes a criminal offence under intimate image abuse laws, carrying a potential prison sentence.
Andrews subsequently backtracked, stating he had not been serious and would instead pursue income through subscription-based adult content platforms.
Price has remained publicly silent on the latest arrest, though a representative has stated that no such sex tape exists.
The former glamour model joined an adult subscription platform in 2022 and has said the content generates between £50,000 and £80,000 monthly, while insisting she will not post fully nude images out of respect for her children.
Andrews also joined the platform in April and has used personalised video message services as additional income streams to address his debts.
Price's family has expressed deep concern over the relationship, describing Andrews' recent proposals as alarming and urging her to end the marriage for her own wellbeing.
Reports indicate Andrews encountered his father, Peter, in custody, who is separately facing fraud allegations following a report by a third party.
Amid the legal turmoil, confusion has emerged over the care of a dog purchased by the couple weeks ago, with conflicting accounts from Price and Andrews' former partner regarding the animal's whereabouts.
