COP GONE WILD: Sex Attack Shocks Police Force!

A young police officer, a mother to a little girl, is fighting to save her dream job after a night she barely remembers threatens to unravel her life. Cleared of any criminal wrongdoing, PC Pritchard now faces accusations of gross misconduct stemming from an end-of-year party at a local rugby club.

The hearing revealed a night of alleged inappropriate behavior, including claims of unwanted physical contact and a highly visible display on the dance floor. Pritchard, who joined the North Wales force in 2023, tearfully apologized for her actions, expressing deep remorse and stating she was “absolutely mortified” by the allegations.

She insists the accusations don’t reflect who she is, claiming she doesn’t recognize the person depicted in the CCTV footage. Pritchard maintains any contact was accidental, not sexual, and attributes her behavior to being “clearly very intoxicated.”

PC Pamela Pritchard, 29, is accused of gross misconduct for her behaviour during the bash at a rugby club where she "twerked" on the dance floor. She allegedly twice put her hands over a male officer's groin and groped a woman colleague's breasts on the night out. The officer is also accused of trying to kiss a male inspector "causing him to pull away." PC Pritchard denies breaching standards of professional behaviour and also denies gross misconduct from the bash in March 2024. A fellow cop, named only as PC B, said Pritchard groped him "out of the blue" when he was waiting to get a drink at the bar of Caernarfon Rugby Club in North Wales. He said: "PC Pritchard grabbed me below the belt and put her hand on my genitals outside my clothing". "To no extent was it appropriate ??? I felt kind of humiliated at that point." PC B told the misconduct hearing PC Pritchard repeated the action when he was outside in a smoking area. He said: "She did the same thing again. She grabbed my genitals outside my clothes and I distinctly remember her squeezing them." He said that later in the evening she sat on his knee, "I remember her putting her hand around my neck and kissing me on the lips. "It was not appropriate ??? this was in public. Her behaviour was becoming more and more unacceptable." PC Pritchard's barrister Fiona Clancy suggested PC B had been "teasing her and interfering in her love life" during the night out. The charges state: "During the evening, you made inappropriate physical contact with two colleagues, neither of whom consented to this contact, either expressly or implied. "You used insulting and inappropriate words/language towards two colleagues. "You attempted to kiss another colleague causing him to pull away from you. This was unsolicited and inappropriate." The panel heard testimony from another officer, known only as PC B, who alleges Pritchard groped him twice – once while he waited for a drink and again in the smoking area. He described feeling “humiliated” by the encounters, detailing instances of her hand being placed on his genitals.

Pritchard’s barrister countered these claims, suggesting PC B had been “teasing her and interfering in her love life” throughout the evening. CCTV footage showed a consensual kiss with PC B, adding another layer of complexity to the narrative.

Adding to the confusion, Pritchard reportedly told another officer at the party, “I’m the biggest lesbian here and I’ll fight any man,” despite identifying as straight to the disciplinary panel. This statement further fueled questions about her state of mind that night.

A disciplinary panel chaired by North Wales Assistant Chief Constable Chris Allsop were shown CCTV of PC Pritchard twerking during the night. Another female police officer, identified as "Police Constable A", said: "PC Pritchard came up from behind me, put both her arms around my neck, then put them under my armpits and grabbed my breasts and squeezed them." PC Pritchard denies the allegations and the hearing in Colwyn Bay police HQ continues. WALES NEWS SERVICE

Suspended during her probationary period, Pritchard broke down in tears, expressing the devastating impact this ordeal has had on her and her family. “I’ve let down the police force, myself, my friends and family, and most of all I’ve let down my little girl,” she sobbed.

The disciplinary panel, chaired by Assistant Chief Constable Chris Allsop, is now tasked with determining whether Pritchard’s actions constitute gross misconduct, potentially ending a career she described as a lifelong ambition. The hearing continues, leaving her future hanging in the balance.
