HELEN MIRREN EXPLODES: Tom Hardy's On-Set Behavior EXPOSED!

The set of the gritty crime drama, MobLand, is reportedly simmering with tension as filming for the second series unfolds. A clash is brewing between acting royalty Dame Helen Mirren and the intensely committed Tom Hardy, threatening to disrupt the production.

Mirren, 80, portrays the formidable matriarch at the heart of a dangerous family feud. Hardy, 48, returns as the ruthless fixer, Harry Da Souza – a character known for his uncompromising nature. But it seems some of that intensity is spilling over into real life, causing friction behind the cameras.

Sources close to the production reveal that Dame Helen is growing increasingly frustrated with Hardy’s conduct. His perceived lack of professionalism and disruptive behavior are reportedly creating a strained atmosphere on set.

A key issue is Hardy’s punctuality, or lack thereof. Frequent lateness is said to be particularly irritating to Dame Helen, a veteran actress renowned for her unwavering professionalism and disciplined approach to her craft.

With a career spanning six decades, beginning with a striking portrayal of Cleopatra in 1965, Dame Helen has cemented her status as a national treasure. From the iconic DCI Jane Tennison to her Oscar-winning performance as Queen Elizabeth II, she embodies dedication and precision.

“His tone is something Dame Helen doesn’t like, along with his lateness,” a source confided. “She expects better.” The source added that the crew has noticed a visible shift in Mirren’s demeanor during scenes with Hardy, suggesting a growing personal disconnect.

Allegations suggest Hardy’s behavior extends beyond tardiness. Reports indicate he can often be found engrossed in games on his phone, further fueling the perception of disengagement.

This isn’t the first time Hardy’s on-set conduct has come under scrutiny. During the filming of Mad Max: Fury Road, a well-documented feud with Charlize Theron arose, reportedly stemming from similar issues with lateness and behavior. Theron even requested on-set security as a result.

Hardy later acknowledged being “in over his head” during that production, admitting Theron deserved a more reliable partner. This history raises questions about a pattern of behavior and its impact on collaborative efforts.

The new series of MobLand has been in production for several weeks, and the tension between its two leads continues to escalate. The question remains whether this off-screen drama will affect the final product and the compelling world of the show.
