RACHEL'S SHOCKING BETRAYAL: Did She Endorse Anti-Semitism?!

A recent social media post ignited controversy surrounding activist Accurso. She shared a message of solidarity with Palestine, Sudan, Congo, and Iran, displaying each nation’s flag on Instagram.

The post quickly drew a disturbing response: a user commented, “Free America from the Jews.” This comment, shockingly, received four likes – including one from Accurso’s account.

Accurso swiftly addressed the situation in a video statement, explaining a likely accidental interaction. She claimed she intended to delete the comment but instead “accidentally hit like and hide,” a common mistake on the platform.

Screen grab of a user calling out Ms. Rachel for liking an anti-semitic comment.

She vehemently denied any agreement with the antisemitic sentiment expressed in the comment, emphasizing her own fallibility. “I’m [a] human that makes mistakes,” she stated, asserting her advocacy work speaks to her true values.

Accurso’s public profile extends beyond social media activism. Last month, she was appointed to New York City Mayor Zohran Mamdani’s inauguration committee, a testament to her local influence.

Her collaboration with the mayor also included a unique promotional effort for free buses – a spirited rendition of the children’s song, “Wheels on the Bus.” This initiative, however, drew criticism regarding financial feasibility.

This incident isn’t isolated. Last year, Accurso was nominated as a finalist for StopAntisemitism’s “Antisemite of the Year” award, a designation that sparked widespread online condemnation.

Even Representative Ro Khanna publicly criticized her inclusion on that list, highlighting the gravity of the accusation and the controversy surrounding her public image.

The situation prompted inquiries from media outlets, including a request for comment from Accurso regarding the recent Instagram interaction and its implications.
