A chilling series of emails, recently released by the Department of Justice, reads like a descent into a shadowy world of espionage and cover-ups. The correspondence details allegations of American agents operating on foreign soil, seemingly attacking local law enforcement to obstruct an investigation – a narrative escalating to threats against the President of Mexico himself.
At the heart of this unfolding drama is a man identified as “KenT” in the emails, believed to be Ken Turner, and potentially NYPD Detective Walter E. Harkins, who retired shortly after the 2024 election after a distinguished 33-year career. The emails, consistently marked with “(NY) (OGA),” paint a picture of a desperate situation, a clandestine operation spiraling out of control.
In July 2019, Turner reached out to the NY OGA, revealing his network in Mexico, including Jorge Gonzales, described as a “friend” within the Mexican Federal Government, and Maryna, an ex-South African police officer and psychologist, identified as his “partner.” A palpable fear permeated his message: “We are all under threat from US Agents here so we try to be very careful about how we talk and where.”
Turner urgently sought information, questioning who had been threatened alongside him and Maryna, and who had directly confronted the President of Mexico. He hinted at a “high powered individual” pulling the strings, determined to silence them. The response from NY OGA was terse: “Ok, thanks. I’ll be in touch.”
The stakes quickly escalated. Turner revealed that his contacts possessed evidence implicating Richard Marcinko, the first commanding officer of SEAL Team Six, and Jeffrey Epstein in disturbing activities. He offered to share videos and photos, detailing alleged sex parties and the identities of participants. But a growing paranoia shadowed his offer: “Who on your team knows we are talking to you, anyone assigned from NSA, CIA, or US State Department?”
The emails then take a shockingly violent turn. Turner claimed an American citizen had shot the judge presiding over his child sex trafficking case. He and his partner had endured four armed attacks, with Maryna reportedly killing two and wounding five American agents in self-defense. Gonzales had even lost an arm in an assault. “My partner has shot and killed 2 and wounded 5 American agents to date,” he wrote, a stark declaration of escalating conflict.
One particularly harrowing message detailed the attacks and alleged interference: “We have had 4 armed attacks against us… Jorge was attacked and lost his arm. The President of Mexico is keenly aware of our case against Marcinko and other US Officials.” Turner even implicated a former US Ambassador to Mexico, Earl Anthony Wayne, alleging his involvement with an underage girl and a connection to Epstein and Marcinko.
Turner’s concern for secure communication was paramount, requesting confirmation that any phone used for discussion had been thoroughly checked for surveillance. “After our call you’ll understand why we are so concerned with secure comms here,” he warned, hinting at the depth of the conspiracy.
The NY OGA’s response was unsettlingly brief: “My Task Force is not affiliated with the intelligence community if want arrange a call time.” The email included a signature from NYPD Detective Walter E. Harkins, adding another layer of complexity to the unfolding events.
Tragedy struck Turner personally when his nephew was killed in a mass shooting in Dayton, Ohio, prompting him to rush home. Even amidst his grief, he reported another attempt on his partner’s life by a “US embassy security team,” who searched her car for incriminating evidence.
Following Jeffrey Epstein’s alleged suicide, Turner expressed deep skepticism, stating, “Based upon what we have discovered here and who was involved here in Mexico, we don’t believe it was suicide.” He urged the NY OGA to review the evidence he and his partner had collected.
An inquiry request from an NYPD detective to the FBI sought assistance with investigations in Mexico, focusing on Richard Marcinko and potential evidence of Epstein’s involvement with underage girls. A separate contact claimed to be a Mexican investigator working with Marcinko on child sex charges.
Files containing comprehensive reports on both Marcinko and Turner were sent to the NY OGA, further solidifying the gravity of the allegations. The final email from Turner revealed a victim, “Karla,” who identified high-profile individuals – including members of the Clinton and Biden families – as participants in Epstein’s activities.
Karla, possessing a photographic memory, had even created sketches of those involved. Turner reported that US agents had attacked and raped Karla and her guardian, and were now attempting to coerce them into dropping the charges. He offered to facilitate an interview, but the NY OGA’s response was again minimal: “Ok I will let you know thanks.”
These emails, stripped of context and official explanation, present a disturbing narrative of alleged abuse of power, international intrigue, and a desperate attempt to expose a deeply buried truth. They raise profound questions about the extent of the alleged conspiracy and the forces working to suppress it.
