The court has revealed that Kiran Kaur, the mother of the killer, had assisted her son in concealing evidence on the night of the murder.
Digwa, 23, was sentenced to life in prison with a minimum term of 21 years for the murder of 18-year-old Henry, a finance student at the University of Southampton.
During a conversation with his brother in a prison van, Digwa admitted to stabbing Henry, contradicting his initial claim of being a victim of a racial attack.

The court previously heard that Digwa kept a collection of Sikh knives in the bedroom he shared with his brother and was skilled in their use after years of training.
Digwa used a kirpan to stab Henry five times, including a fatal wound to his chest, and filmed the attack as Henry tried to escape by jumping over a fence in Southampton.
Henry died approximately 57 minutes after being handcuffed by police, who were initially misled by Digwa's false claims of a racist attack.
