The holiday season took a dark turn in Stuart, Florida, when a Salvation Army bell ringer allegedly traded his kettle for a weapon. Steven Pavlik, a 63-year-old man, found himself facing serious charges after a confrontation outside a local grocery store escalated into a violent assault.
The incident began with reports of Pavlik behaving disruptively while on duty. Witnesses described him as aggressively harassing shoppers, creating a significant disturbance that drew the attention of the Publix store manager.
