A 66-year-old man faces a second charge of sexual assault, alleging the crimes occurred during massage therapy sessions in South Etobicoke. The latest accusation stems from an incident on November 28th, where a client reported being sexually assaulted at a clinic near Lake Shore Boulevard West.
Police allege the assault took place while the victim was receiving a massage. Following the report, investigators identified a suspect and made an arrest on Saturday, bringing the total number of alleged incidents linked to this individual to two.
David Ludwig, previously suspended from practicing massage therapy, has been formally charged with sexual assault in connection with this most recent allegation. This follows a similar charge laid on July 30th, just days after another woman came forward with a disturbing account.
The earlier incident, reported on July 25th, also involved a sexual assault during a massage at a clinic in the same area of Etobicoke. The details mirror the recent claim, raising serious concerns about a pattern of predatory behavior.
Following the first charge, Ludwig signed a legal undertaking restricting his contact with the initial alleged victim. This undertaking also mandated a 50-meter distance restriction and required explicit, informed consent from any future clients.
