A Toronto man, 38, is facing serious allegations following an incident Friday afternoon. Police responded to reports of a disturbance near Kipling Avenue and Lake Shore Boulevard West, where a woman waiting for a bus was reportedly sexually assaulted.

Investigators swiftly identified and arrested Terrance James Noonan on Tuesday, charging him with sexual assault and failing to appear in court. A brazen armed robbery shook a Markham pharmacy Monday evening. Two males, at least one armed with a firearm, entered the pharmacy near McCowan Road and Denison Street, demanding cash and narcotics from employees.
The suspects fled in a red sedan, heading south on McCowan Road. Thankfully, no one was injured during the incident. Police are seeking the public’s help in identifying the two individuals involved.
The first suspect is described as approximately six feet tall with a thin build, wearing a black hoodie, track pants, shoes, gloves, and a balaclava, and carrying a grey duffel bag with an orange interior. The second suspect is also around six feet tall and thin, wearing a black jacket, balaclava, pants, grey running shoes, and gloves with white fingertips.
