The 2024 presidential family's spotlight continues to shine on its younger members, with the president's granddaughter, Trump, making her fourth appearance on Fox News this week.
Trump, a college-bound golf enthusiast, spoke candidly about her social media ambitions and college preparations in a recent interview.
"I always wanted to do social media, to be honest with you," Trump said. "I've always wanted to be a YouTuber and get, kind of, a social media presence … then I finally had the opportunity around the time of the RNC to do it, and I had the time because I committed to the University of Miami and had gotten that out of the way."
Thursday's interview marked a milestone in Trump's burgeoning media presence, and she showed no signs of slowing down. With a clear passion for golf and a strong family support system, Trump is ready to take on the challenges of college life.
When asked about her future plans, Trump was quick to dismiss any speculation about a career in politics. "No, no politics," Trump said. "Not for me."
Trump also took the opportunity to discuss her mother's health, after her mother, Vanessa Trump, publicly revealed her breast cancer diagnosis in May.
"She's doing better," Trump said. "Obviously, radiation takes a toll on your body, but she's doing better, feeling better. She's been a little tired, but she's a fighter. … She'll be fine."
As Trump prepares to leave for college, she is focusing on her golf game and spending quality time with her family. "It's like the last three weeks we have with each other," Trump said. "It's like our final hurrah together."
Despite feeling a little nervous about being away from home, Trump remains positive about her future and is eager to start the next chapter of her life.
