SOMALIA'S UN BOSS: Medicaid Fraud & Secret Company Ban EXPOSED!

SOMALIA'S UN BOSS: Medicaid Fraud & Secret Company Ban EXPOSED!

Ohio taxpayers are being told to accept widespread fraud in taxpayer-funded daycare programs as an unavoidable expense – simply “the cost of doing business.” But a disturbing new investigation reveals a network of connections that stretches far beyond the state’s borders, raising critical questions about the integrity of its welfare system and reaching onto the global stage.

For years, concerns have mounted regarding potential large-scale fraud within Ohio’s daycare centers, particularly in Columbus, a city with a significant Somali population. Despite mounting evidence uncovered by independent journalists, Governor DeWine’s office has dismissed these concerns with a chillingly casual acceptance of abuse.

A spokesperson openly stated that such fraud has been “known to the state for decades,” implying that taxpayer outrage stems from a lack of understanding. This dismissive attitude suggests a deeply ingrained tolerance for corruption, a normalization of theft from public funds.

Now, a bombshell report has surfaced, revealing a startling link between Ohio’s Medicaid bureaucracy and a high-ranking international diplomat. Somalia’s current ambassador to the United Nations, Abukar Dahir Osman, once held a position within the very system now plagued by allegations of fraud.

Known as “Baale,” Osman currently presides over the UN Security Council, wielding significant influence over global diplomacy, setting agendas, and managing critical resolutions concerning international crises. His position demands the highest level of integrity and accountability.

But before ascending to this powerful role, Osman spent years deeply embedded within Ohio’s public welfare system. He arrived in the United States in the late 1980s and steadily built a career within the state’s social services apparatus, working as a case manager and social program specialist.

Professional profile of Abukar Osman, highlighting his experience as Permanent Representative to the UN and various leadership roles in healthcare and government.

From 1999 to 2012, Osman served as a supervisor within the Franklin County Medicaid office. Simultaneously, he founded Beacon Educational Services, acting as a consultant for the organization during those same years. This dual role raises questions about potential conflicts of interest.

The most alarming revelation centers on Progressive Health Care Services Inc., an Ohio-based home healthcare company directly linked to Osman. He served as its Managing Director from 2014 to 2019, even after becoming Somalia’s UN ambassador in 2017 – a clear and troubling conflict of interest.

Public records show Osman was listed as President and CEO of Progressive Health Care Services. But the situation takes an even darker turn: the company is now listed on the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Office of Inspector General’s (OIG) “Excluded Individuals/Entities” list.

This exclusion, under code 1128(a)(1), signifies a mandatory ban from participating in all federal healthcare programs due to a criminal conviction related to fraud, theft, or financial misconduct. It’s a severe sanction, indicating a serious breach of trust and a deliberate attempt to defraud the system.

Adding another layer of complexity, another healthcare company, Evergreen Home Care, operates from the very same suite as Progressive Health Care Services. This shared address, coupled with the prevalence of Somali names associated with these businesses, suggests a potentially coordinated network operating within the system.
