DEADLY SHOWDOWN: Cuban Coast Guard Executes 4 on US Boat!

A deadly confrontation unfolded off the coast of Cuba, leaving four people dead and six wounded aboard a U.S.-registered speedboat. The incident, confirmed by the Cuban Interior Ministry, occurred when a Cuban patrol vessel attempted to identify the occupants of the approaching boat.

According to Cuban authorities, the situation escalated rapidly when individuals on the speedboat opened fire, wounding the captain of the Cuban vessel. This prompted a response from Cuban forces, resulting in a fierce exchange of gunfire in the waters near Cayo Falcones.

The aftermath revealed a grim scene: four individuals aboard the speedboat were killed, and six sustained injuries. Those wounded are currently receiving medical attention. Cuban officials maintain they were defending their territorial waters, a principle they consider vital to national sovereignty and regional stability.

Initial investigations suggest the speedboat was carrying ten armed individuals allegedly intending to infiltrate Cuba for “terrorist purposes.” Authorities discovered an arsenal on board, including assault rifles, handguns, Molotov cocktails, bulletproof vests, and camouflage uniforms.

Seven of those involved have been identified as Cuban nationals residing in the United States. Among the deceased is Michel Ortega Casanova. Authorities state that several individuals on the vessel have a documented history of criminal activity and violence.

Specifically, Amijail Sánchez González and Leordan Enrique Cruz Gómez are named as individuals subject to international scrutiny, linked to the promotion and financing of terrorist activities. One individual, Duniel Hernández Santos, has reportedly confessed to his involvement.

The 24-foot Pro-Line boat, registered in Florida, was reported stolen by its owner after being contacted by authorities. The owner, currently not considered a suspect, confirmed the vessel had recently been docked in the Florida Keys.

The incident has sparked immediate reactions from U.S. officials. Florida’s Attorney General has launched an investigation, expressing deep distrust of the Cuban government and vowing to pursue accountability.

Secretary of State Marco Rubio, in the Caribbean for a regional security summit, stated the U.S. will independently verify the details provided by Cuba before responding. He emphasized a reluctance to rely solely on information originating from Cuban authorities.

Members of Congress have called for a thorough investigation into the incident, demanding answers regarding the identities of the victims and the precise circumstances surrounding the deadly exchange. Some have condemned the Cuban regime, calling for its accountability for alleged crimes against humanity.

Vice President Vance acknowledged being briefed on the situation, noting the limited information available. The administration is closely monitoring developments, hoping the situation is not as severe as initial reports suggest.

The unfolding events raise serious questions about security in the region and the potential for escalating tensions between the two nations. A full and transparent investigation will be crucial to understanding the truth and ensuring accountability.
